After Market-Sales Support Professional

Responsibilities include Receive Customer request on Spare Parts and Services for their water treatment plan (for our installed base or 3rd Pty equipment) Proactively offering of Audit; Training; Troubleshooting Services Regular call to assign or defined dedicated customer/locations to identify of Aftermarket needs Establishment and negotiation of Master Service Agreement (MSA) with customer with high business potential. Identification of possible problems requiring Retrofits; Revamps; Expansion of existing facilities Provide consulting for technical issues to customer also in cooperation with internal technical interface partners                                                                 Execution/Issuing of customer offers for Spare Parts and Small Services based on customer needs/request Seek collaboration of engineering and procurement for identifications of parts, contact with sub vendors Ensure customer requirements are met or deviations are accepted.                                                         Technical mandate for offer negotiations at customer according agreed limits of authority.                                              Order Intake and responsible for delivery.                                                                  Yearly Volume Sales of 2,5 Mio USD Position will functionally report to the Business Developer Aftermarket and be enlarge the existing Aftermarket Team                                                                    At least 5 years Sales experience or related experience dealing with customers and spare parts Travel Requirement: none in principle.   Specific skill requirements  Experience dealing with mechanical and/or electrical components  Knowledge of water treatment equipment (Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical).  Ability to identify customer needs and develop a customized offer adding value  Communication is a key aspect of this role - verbal and written, both internal and external.    Applies advanced skills to independently resolve very complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.  Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.  235611

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
