# Job Description
Wisconsin Public Service, a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, is currently recruiting for a Plant Shift Maintenance Supervisor for our Weston facility in Rothschild, Wisconsin. This position reports to the Superintendent-Plant Maintenance.
This position is a rotating shift work position. The selected candidate must be medically cleared and properly groomed to wear respiratory protection.
Responsibilities:
Provide planning and coordination of all maintenance support activities during the hours that day staff are not on site. This includes preparation and processing of work requests/work orders, procurement and stores, safety permitting and monitoring, resourcing with internal and external personnel.
Provide direction for daily / weekly shift maintenance activities. Coordinate and communicate activities with internal / external personnel. Develop long range unit maintenance plans. Ensure prioritization of maintenance activities as required by the process.
Develop work group bench strength by supporting an environment and expectation of continuous growth and development through effective use of talent management tools, processes, and resources.
Communicate operational goals that effectively achieve the Corporate Strategy and Energy
Supply Business Plan. Lead change management processes at own location.
Provide engineering and technical support and troubleshooting to provide the operating staff with expected equipment response and operation of the plant within compliant environmental standards.
Coordinate and oversee use of contract work as required. Ensure contracts include requirements to safely complete scope of jobs. Monitor contract work and evaluate completed work, provide feedback in maintaining qualified vendor listing.

Minimum
Qualifications: - 5
years of experience with power plant or industrial operations and/or maintenance.

years of experience with leadership; formal or informal experience leading and/or directing others.
Preferred
Qualifications: - Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field.
Power plant maintenance experience.
