Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties, including data entry.
Assist with all other skilled and/or non-skilled tasks assigned by manager.
Order supplies for shop/office as needed.
Scanning drawings Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
