Key
Responsibilities:
Set up and arrange tables and chairs in event spaces according to floor plans and event requirements.
Prepare and organize conference rooms for meetings, conferences, and special events.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of event spaces before and after events.
Ensure that all set-up and tear-down tasks are completed to the highest standard of quality.
Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to fulfill customer expectations.
Provide assistance and support to guests during events as needed.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A friendly and approachable demeanor to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Physical strength and stamina to lift and move furniture, equipment, and materials (50-100 pounds).
The ability to work efficiently and effectively on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to follow event set-up guidelines and adhere to safety procedures.
Hourly Rate:
$13 - $16 This is a contract position, and the hourly rate will depend on experience and performance.
