Must be able to provide proof of:
Photo ID CBRF Certification MedPass Certification (Optional) CPR Certification TB Test (Within 12 Months) Duties Directly assisting residents with aspects of daily living (ADL's) Bathing Grooming Dressing Feeding Transporting Etc.
Recording and reporting resident response to care in interactions Being a companion to facility residents Performing housekeeping duties Medication Reminders General supervision of residents
